Moscow Mule

2 ounces vodka
3 ounces ginger beer
1 ounce lime juice

Build in an ice filled highball glass (or copper mug). Garnish with a lime wedge.

  1. Change the vodka to tequila and the ginger beer to malta and you have the Hispanic equivalent. ;-)
